You are what you eat. People today constantly complain about feeling like trash. To relieve this feeling, some take pills, talk to a therapist, or meditate. Many times, nothing more than maintaining a healthy diet will remove this feeling. If you stop eating trash, you stop feeling like trash. Duh.
